Charlotte Williams' extensive experience in obstetrics and her journey from the NHS in London to launching My Bump My Baby in NYC is quite spectacular. 

Charlotte's dedication to maternal care, volunteering globally, and understanding diverse processes has culminated in a service addressing the needs of expectant families worldwide. 

As a mother herself, she has firsthand insight into the challenges faced during pregnancy in both the UK and the US. Charlotte's unique pregnancy hurdles include teen pregnancy, IVF, having a baby abroad during the COVID era and “elderly pregnancy”. She truly has holistic insight.

Charlotte Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of My Bump My Baby. She has 18 + years of dedicated service in the maternity industry and a sterling reputation as a Registered Midwife in the United Kingdom. Charlotte brings a wealth of clinical expertise, operational savvy, and visionary leadership.

Over the past decade and a half, Charlotte has managed obstetric departments at some of the world’s busiest hospitals, ensuring the highest standards of maternal and neonatal care. 

Her passion for giving back has led to the creation of the 501c3 non-profit organization My Bump My Baby My World Foundation, offering free ultrasound for reassurance, support and maternal education in under-resourced communities across the world. 

At Fortune 500 company DaVita, Charlotte played a key role in driving performance improvement initiatives, consistently meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators. 

Later on during her career in the US in New Jersey and New York, she spearheaded marketing efforts at Kindbody, elevating brand awareness and patient engagement in the highly competitive fertility and women’s health sector.

Charlotte is committed to revolutionizing the pregnancy care landscape by integrating Cutting-Edge Biotechnology. In developing remote, state-of-the-art solutions that bridge the gap between expectant parents who are geographically separated from the top maternal health care providers with accessible appointments, she is improving health outcomes. 

Charlotte has established My Bump My Baby as an indispensable resource not only for growing families but also for healthcare providers seeking reliable tools, education, and community support. She continues to drive global expansion by leveraging her international experience to scale services worldwide, transforming an underdeveloped segment of women’s health into a thriving, impactful industry.

Beyond her professional achievements, Charlotte draws strength from her own life experiences: A devoted mother of four, she navigated pregnancy and birth during a global pandemic—gaining unique insights into the challenges modern families face. As an immigrant from London, now a US citizen, she has embraced the United States as her home for the past 9 years, enriching her cross-cultural perspective. 

Her blend of hands-on clinical training, corporate leadership, and personal resilience positions Charlotte Williams to lead the movement of in-home ultrasound. Under her guidance, we are poised to leave an indelible mark on the world of maternity care—delivering innovation, compassion, and excellence to every patient and provider, doing her part, one bump at a time.
