Charlotte Williams is a Registered Midwife, maternal health entrepreneur, and founder of a rapidly growing maternal health ecosystem spanning healthcare, technology, education, community, and commerce.

With nearly two decades of experience supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and early parenthood, Charlotte has dedicated her career to addressing the gaps families face while navigating maternal healthcare systems.

Originally trained and registered in the United Kingdom, Charlotte built her career caring for women and families across diverse healthcare settings before relocating to the United States. Her professional experience, combined with her personal journey through teen pregnancy, IVF, pregnancy during the COVID-19 pandemic, and later-in-life motherhood, has given her a unique understanding of the challenges women face throughout the maternal journey.

As the founder of My Bump My Baby, Charlotte set out to make maternal care more accessible through ultrasound imaging, education, and support services. However, while building and marketing the company, she uncovered a much larger problem. Women were struggling to find trusted providers. At the same time, providers were struggling to reach the women who needed them.

Families were searching across Google, Facebook groups, social media platforms, referral networks, and word-of-mouth recommendations, while doulas, midwives, OB-GYNs, lactation consultants, therapists, pediatric specialists, dentists, fitness experts, fertility professionals, and maternal wellness providers were all attempting to reach those same families through fragmented and disconnected channels.

Charlotte realized the challenge was bigger than access to care alone.

The problem was the absence of a modern maternal village.

That realization became the foundation for My Bump Hub, a technology platform designed to connect

families with the providers, services, resources, products, and communities they need throughout every stage of the parenting journey.

Today, My Bump Hub is building a nationwide ecosystem that connects families with more than 30

categories of maternal and family care providers, bringing together healthcare, education, community

support, AI-powered guidance, events, provider discovery, and care coordination within a single platform.

Alongside My Bump Hub, Charlotte leads the My Bump My Baby My World Foundation, a nonprofit

organization dedicated to increasing access to maternal healthcare, education, support services, and

community resources for underserved families. Through initiatives including free reassurance ultrasound programs, maternal health education, mobile outreach services, workforce development programs, community events, and maternal health advocacy, the Foundation works to reduce barriers to care and improve outcomes for mothers and babies.

Charlotte is also the visionary behind The Bump Shop, a family lifestyle brand created to support mothers and babies through thoughtfully designed products while extending the mission of community, connection, and maternal wellness beyond healthcare settings. Her work now spans healthcare, technology, workforce development, community engagement, media, maternal health advocacy, and digital innovation. Through initiatives including the Maternal Wellness

Apprenticeship Initiative, national provider partnerships, doula networks, maternal health events, and the development of a connected maternal care ecosystem, she continues to build what she believes every family deserves:
